Last night I watched Velvet Goldmine. Good movie.
I've been so tired lately, this week even more than usual. Today I'm feeling a little better but I know I'm gonna feel like shit again at work tomorrow.
I've been listening to Velvet Underground a lot the last couple of days, I had this weird dream a few days ago that I was hunting down a VU t-shirt in the market, and put it on as soon as I found one. I hadn't even listened to them in a really long time, so I don't know what caused it!
I have just been out to get some food, bought a nice big pack of various fruit, yum. Haven't had much of an appetite lately so probably will do some good.

I'm off work for two weeks. I needed a break, but now I don't know what to do :o
I don't really know many people outside of work, and I don't have any hobbies or anything!
OK, I am interested in filmmaking but that's not going to happen. I was working on a project last year with Craig but since he moved house, he hasn't replied to my messages. He's probably too busy. I don't know anyone else who is into film any more. I've tried various networking sites but no luck there. And it sucks because it's something I'd really like to do but it's looking very unlikely that I'll ever get to do it.
Yes I like computer stuff, but as my job revolves around computers and I spend most of the day staring at the screen, I don't really want to be spending much free time on that.

Fun is such a good movie!
..I was planning to go into a lot more detail, but as always, I'm going to be lazy. Long story short, something clicked with me :)

I'm feeling a bit calmer now.. having my hours reduced may have been a good thing, as I should be able to stay sane this way and I can put my extra time to good use, like learning new stuff. And hopefully I won't be so exhausted all the time.
I've yet to hear back about the other job, they said it would be a few weeks.. so towards the end of August.
egghunter should be coming here soon, which should be cool!
Hm, I've seen pretty much every David Lynch and Dario Argento film now. Can anybody recommend something to me, in a similar style?

My website has finally closed down and is now offline! :( I still have stock left over but I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it all yet. Probably nothing as it could affect our housing benefit.
Why has it closed down? Well I didn't have much money to invest in it to begin with which didn't help...But since Sarah and I moved I have less time & I am earning less from my main job (Sarah is unable to work because of her illness). So we have to apply for housing benefit... it's really hard to get if you're self employed as well as employed as I never know how much I'm going to make from the website each month, if anything. So I decided to play it safe and call it a day. It's a shame, but maybe it will return one day.
Thanks to any customers who happen to be reading this -- I met some cool people over the last few years! Also in particular, people at SuicideGirls and Folter Clothing! Hopefully I work with you again some day :)

A 43-year-old man from San Rafael, Califonia, was charged on Tuesday with "driving while intoxicated and causing injuries, reckless driving, and hit-and-run with injuries" after ramming three other vehicles and slightly injuring two people, while under the influence of a veritable pharmacy of narcotics, the Marin Independent Journal reports.
According to officer Mary Ziegenbein of the California Highway Patrol, Antonio Patrinostro was "arrested Sunday evening on southbound Highway 101 near the Lincoln Avenue offramp after his car bumped into three other vehicles in 55-mph traffic".
However, this was no ordinary drug-crazed highway rampage, since Patrinostro "told the [arresting] officer that the vehicle could fly if he went fast enough, and basically just started bouncing off of cars".
Ziegenbein elaborated: "He was under the influence of cocaine, Valium and marijuana and stated that it was a top secret experiment with his doctor for Area 51 and the government. He also stated that he was working for a cure for AIDS by taking the drugs."
Patrinostro was booked into the county jail, and his bail set at $50,000. If convicted, he faces more than three years' jail. ®
